Life is not easy, nor do you get everything that you want.  As humans, we are in a constant struggle with other people either with money, land, property or their beliefs.  The society that we have created is very unique and isn’t for everyone.  In fact, some that can’t handle the situation unfortunately have attempted suicide fort lauderdale.

First of all, there is no reason to kill yourself.  Yes, life gets hard and yes, we have to work towards a better life sometimes, but this doesn’t mean that you get to check out.  The key to life is finding what makes it worth living.

Friends

Friends are great to have in your life, but they are not required.  A friend is someone you enjoy spending time with, and you help each other out from time to time.  When we open ourselves up to friends, we are opening ourselves up to disappointment as well.

Purpose

We all need a purpose in life.  We need to feel loved, wanted and valued.  When we feel loved and valued then we find our own purpose in life.  We find reasons to do things that will make us better as well as make others better as well.

Goals

Goals are also very important in our lives.  When we have a goal, we have a reason to achieve it.  This goal can be to go to school, write a book, sing a song or simply jump higher than your brother or sister.  When we set goals, we want to make them achievable and obtainable.  If we take these goals and make them too hard, then we are just giving ourselves excuses to not move forward or a reason to give up.

Talk to people

If you are feeling down or if you feel that you are not moving into the right direction, then start to talk to others that might help.  If you can’t find anyone who can help, then consider finding a new group of more positive goal minded people.
